There are several muscle building tips you hear being thrown around today. But how can you be sure that your following the right ones? Nate Green’s book, Built for Show, shows all of the correct workouts and methods to use. First of all, it is important to let your muscles rest after a workout. You can’t expect to work your biceps hard one day and put them right back to work in the following morning. Your muscles do not actually grow during the lifting process. They grow during the healing of the muscle while they are at rest. It is wise to do repetitions that you can do between ten and twelve of. If you can do any less, the weight is too heavy. Likewise, if you can do any more, you are probably lifting too lightly. Also, it is important to note that you do not have to work out all of your muscles every day. Rather, you should alternate your muscle groups for different days. On Monday, work out your biceps and triceps. On Tuesday, work out your leg muscles. On Wednesday, work out your abdominal muscles. On Thursday, take a rest, and then start the cycle over again. Overall, be sure to include these great tips in your workout routine to achieve natural body building.
