‘natural body building ‘ Scrawny to Brawny: The Complete Guide to Building Muscle the Natural Way

If you want to build muscle the right way, without the use of illegal steroids or other cheating techniques, you’re going to have to work hard and work hard often. You are going to want to change up which muscle group you every few days or so. For example, you could rotate in a three day period. Exercise your abdominals one day, your legs the next, and your arms and chest on day 3. Then, start all over again. Mix up your exercises and the locations of your workouts to keep things interesting. If you become bored with your workouts, you may stop working out all together. Also, be sure that you are lifting enough weight. Weight-training isn’t easy in any way, and you should be struggling to lift your weights. If it seems too easy, you’re really not doing your muscles any good at all. You should be able to do between eight and twelve repetitions of a muscle exercise without failure, but no more. If you can easily do over twelve reps, it’s time to up your weight. Contrary to what you might think, your muscles do not grow when you’re working out. During the workout process, you tear your muscles. The harder you work them, the more you tear them. During the sleep and resting process, your muscles rest and rebuild, only they rebuild stronger so that they can carry the weight that you are pushing onto it. So I could you say that your muscles actually do ‘grow over night’, it just takes a lot longer than one night.
