The diet actually is a perfect combination of protein, carbohydrate and fats and if the balance of any of these is disturbed, you will not be able to get positive results and instead of gaining muscles you might gain fat.

You should have 50% of your intake from carbohydrates if you want to build muscle naturally. One thing that is important to note here is that actual muscle building happens in your resting period so along with proper nutrition and targeted workout, rest is very important. But you cannot take rest when you like to but you will have to follow the instructions of your coach in this aspect also. Rest can be taken after some particular exercise schedule and for a certain period of time that will benefit your muscle building process and does not give you any muscle cramp. So follow the right nutritional diet plan, right muscle building workouts and other instructions regarding rest or so and you will be able to lose fat gain muscle in natural way.
