New Kansas City Chiefs Coach Stresses Muscle
Building Workouts
In the mid day sun of a hot Kansas City afternoon, legs are churning and muscles are straining. The giants of offensive and defensive lines are huffing and puffing and feeling their hearts about to burst out their chests. These two-a-days are like nothing these ball players have experienced. Todd Haley, the rookie head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs is a monster when it comes to muscle and stamina building the natural way and no one is exempt. Even veteran players like guards Brian Waters and Mike Goff have really noticed the increased stress on the natural body building methods that their new head coach is so focused on. The team’s workouts now focus a lot more time on building stamina through running and other natural body building methods. The weight room is now never empty. Feeling that one of the main reasons the team lost so many close games in the fourth quarter was because of poor conditioning, the Chiefs have looked to focus on losing fat and gaining muscle so that they can be slimmer and swifter team. They have just become all too tired of being outlasted by teams that were better conditioned. With such a work-out hound as this coach is, the Chiefs are sure to impress in the coming year!
