The fiber based diet is very useful when compared to fat diet like oil, ghee etc. We can intake more fruits instead of food. Along with proper diet, we have to do the exercises regularly like running, jogging, weight lifting etc. These exercises will keep our body fresh throughout the day and fit throughout our life.
